Ligado em Saúde – Práticas Integrativas e Complementares no SUS: Biodança e Dança Circular: esta edição do Ligado em Saúde faz parte da série especial sobre Práticas Integrativas e Complementares no SUS e fala sobre a biodança e a dança circular. Biodança, ou dança da vida, é um sistema terapêutico de desenvolvimento humano baseado em vivências, que tem o objetivo de estimular a comunicação das pessoas com o próprio corpo e com as outras pessoas, mas também de permitir uma fuga da rotina de forma divertida e equilibrada. A dança circular é uma terapia que ajuda a promover união, conexão e o resgate da ancestralidade.

A apresentadora Marcelo Morato conversa sobre essas práticas integrativas e complementares do SUS com a diretora da Escola de Biodança Rolando Toro, do Rio de Janeiro, Andréa Zattar.

Molchat Doma, founded in 2017 in Minsk, Belarus, stands at the intersection of post-punk, new-wave and synth-pop. Dark & danceable, with a heavy dose of goth ethos, their music is reminiscent of the masters that predate them, but make no mistake: Molchat Doma creates a sound and meaning that is immediately recognizable as all their own.

Molchat Doma’s demos could easily be sold as long-lost b-sides from an 80s record despite the fact they’ve been only making music since 2017. Their gloomy dance post-punk, new wave, and synth-pop sound like a homage to the genres’ pioneers but at the same time, Molchat Doma could pass as one of them.

ele começa dizendo que está cansado do meio que vive e do que presencia, apontando problemas sociais como criminalidade ao seu redor e como isso fez com que ele perdesse seu irmão e também seu amigo que foi presos.
Vendo pessoas que conhece de infância se corrompendo ele faz questionamentos sobre onde foi parar a felicidade etc…Ele está vendo o mundo de uma forma diferente e tendo que ficar mais sagaz já que ele menciona que mostrar fraqueza ou compaixão só fará com que as pessoas se aproveitem disso

Essa parte ele narra que estava na escola onde sentiu uma dor forte na cabeça então ele voltou para casa para dormir e teve uma experiência de morte ou de quase morte que não sei dizer se foi um sonho, seu corpo se destruía, quando sua alma é liberta ele percebe estar no inferno, ele pode ter tido essa constatação ao acordar e perceber que ainda estava nesse mundo tanto quanto pode ter visto sua alma no inferno

nem precisava falar mas esse som do refrão é uma referência ao filme Transformers, “aqui está frio aqui” que pode ser também como “está difícil, está mal aqui”

“deixe-me transformar” ele quer se tornar algo melhor como eh algo talvez como deixar as drogas e pensamentos negativos de lado

2:36 nessa segunda parte ele lamenta como foi difícil perder sua vó, que era tipo a única pessoa que ainda o amava
mais pra frente ele diz sobre seu uso de drogas frequente com drogas que podem ser usadas pra esquecer seus problemas

ele faz uma referência ao R Kelly, perguntando que se ele pular de um prédio ele vai voar ou irá cair, é pq o R Kelly tem aquela música “i believe i can fly”, “eu acredito que posso voar”

e finaliza se questionando novamente pra onde foram as coisas boas que ele não sente mais

ROMANTIZAÇÃO do GORE

Já faz um tempo que eu venho percebendo a onda de pessoas que consomem conteúdo gore na internet. E recentemente um site chamado Portal do Zacarias tem ficado bastante popular em redes sociais como o TikTok, com um dos vídeos mais falados intitulado Mangue 937. Nesse vídeo eu discuto um pouco as consequências de consumir isso diariamente e no fim faço uma entrevista com uma amiga que assistia essas coisas até pouco tempo, mas que conseguiu parar.
